For more than 30 years we are working as the European representative of Ak-Kim Kimya with a constantly growing success as the result of a quality policy that is aimed at efficient, cost sensitive and reliable service for our customers.
In 1994, we laid down these rules for our day to day services in a quality management system DIN ISO 9002 which was upgraded to the current certification of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
The aim of company DINOX Handels-GmbH is to generate qualitatively high-class services resp. to keep it up.
Company DINOX will secure that,
1. the market share will be increased continuously for the whole product portfolio by constant expansion.
2. the employees and the management are personally motivated to supply highest quality.
3. work is generated as cost-efficient as possible.
4. all services are corresponding to company internal standards, external regulations and contractually agreed specifications.
5. customers will be supplied reliable and as fast as possible with goods of constant high quality.
6. due to the high influence, the product quality will be constantly improved at the main supplier Ak-Kim.
In order to achieve these goals, all factors influencing the quality of our service are described in the already above mentioned quality management system that is corresponding to DIN ISO 9001.
We obligate ourselves to constant improvement of the efficiency of our quality management system.
All employees and the management are obliged to work according to this system.
